Use your agility to grab boosts, gems, and coins!

You can jump left or right while in the air. If you’re good enough you can even leap across two lanes in one jump!

You can slide left or right while on the ground as well. Grab those boosts, you’ll need them.

Practice these techniques! They’ll save you time in the Maze and maybe save your life as well.

The Maze Runner is a new (guess it) auto running game for the iOS and Android based off of the movies, based off of the books – all of which are essentially tailor-made to be the most suited media for an endless runner game ever (take that, Forrest Gump!). You play as the Gladers, whose goal is to search for a way out of the maze in the middle of the Glades, and to do so you search for clues and quest all around the maze, but you have to get back before the gates shut at dusk. The main thing to look for is the color of the glows off in the distance. There are four clues per stage, and all four of the clues glow blue, so keep an eye out for them. You will need to find all of the required clues to move on to the next area of the maze.

Pick up the coins whenever you see them, because, oddly enough for a dystopian field in the center of a maze, there is a currency, and you can use that currency for various upgrades. Such upgrades include purchasing new gladers, speeding up your runs and increasing your stamina so that your glader can run for longer.

Use runs strategically and as often as possible in order to ensure that you finish a stage on time. Tap on the screen to run. Your stamina bar will drop as you run and increase when you are not running. Try not to let it go all the way to the top and stay there for too long because that means you aren’t using your runs as much as you could be.

Oftentimes free gems can be found in the levels, and when you find a free gem, replay that level over and over and that gem will always be in the same location in which you found it. Keep playing over and over in order to farm for gems as much as you want to.
